I guess for now, if someone really wanted to, they could probably take a handful of power-ups from the assassin, martial artist or thief, or Christopher Pool's Eastern Adventure article in Pyramid #3/89, but each of those are a few degrees off from pure ninjaness to me, and that idea plays a dangerous dance with niche protection while we are at it. Probably something focusing on ridiculous over the top powers would be my cup of tea, because ninja can do almost anything depending on what show/manga/game you are talking about. "Any cool powers at all," is not a really good focus for a general purpose article though. I know someone has written an excellent article of Power-Ups, and I hope it gets published in Pyramid soon.
