Divine Favor: Great Haste, and Two Weaker Derivatives

Not really similar at all, mechanically
speaking, oh well.
This spell sounds incredible from the regular GURPS Magic book, and I think it is aligned with the worship of the cleric player in my current campaign, so I wanted to stat it out just to see how much it would cost. Let's see how that goes.

Mechanics

First off, We need to pare the blessing down itself, which is really a modified version of a single level of Altered Time Rate. It has the divine power modifier of course, and it puts a great toll on the person's body, requiring 5 fatigue points. I think it's a feature to spend the 5 FP after the effect instead of before, but you can do with that as you will. We can also add the maximum duration to match the original time limit as well. That's about all the munhkining I can do to simplify this, but two slightly different versions that might be lower cost could grant an additional level of extra attack or compartmentalized mind, and probably only burn 2 FP a second. All together these might look like:


Gotta Go Fast! (-80%): Altered Time Rate 1(Divine, -10%; Costs Fatigue, 5 FP, -25%; Maximum Duration, 10 seconds, -75%) [20]
Gotta Hit Fast! (-75%): Extra Attack 1(Divine, -10%; Costs Fatigue, 2, -10%; Multi-Strike, +20%; Maximum Duration, 10 Seconds, -75%) [7] 
Gotta Think Fast! (-80%): Compartmentalized Mind(Divine, -10%; Costs Fatigue, 2, -10%; No Defensive Benefits, -20%; Maximum Duration, 10 Seconds, -75%) [10]  
Ok, now that we have the blessings, we can stat out the abilities.

Great Haste


Learned Prerequisite: Divine Favor 11
Learned Prayer Cost: 6 points
If god finds it necessary, the target may burn himself out to achieve great things in a small time. He effectively has a level of Altered Time Rate for 10 seconds, and then loses 5 FP.
Statistics: Affliction 1(HT; Advantage, Gotta Go Fast!, +200%; Divine -10%) [29]

Pepper 'Em With Punches


Learned Prerequisite: Divine Favor 10
Learned Prayer Cost: 4 points
If god finds it necessary, the target may burn himself out to achieve great things in a small time. She effectively has a level of Extra Attack for 10 seconds, and then loses 2 FP.
Statistics: Affliction 1(HT; Advantage, Gotta Hit Fast!, +70%; Divine -10%) [16]

Thoughts Are So With You, Buddy


Learned Prerequisite: Divine Favor 10
Learned Prayer Cost: 4 points
If god finds it necessary, the target may burn himself out to achieve great things in a small time. He effectively has a level of Compartmentalized Mind (Except for the defensive benefits, only the ability to perform one free mental action a turn) for 10 seconds, and then loses 2 FP.
Statistics: Affliction 1(HT; Advantage, Gotta Think Fast!, +100%; Divine -10%) [19]

Other Thoughts

Technically, point costs considered, these really don't require nearly as high a learned prerequisite. That said, because they are miraculous, and I don't feel like throwing enchantments on them just to make them more awesome, I just decided to bump up the prerequisite. Without giving the ability huge enhancements that go way outside what I want it to accomplish, it's not going to work. In fact, I want to throw even more limitations on them even though most are already above and beyond the -80% discount cap. OH WELL! Maybe I could put the Maximum Duration on Affliction but I think that has a different meaning.
