Divine Favor: Exhaustion Gas

Sleeping.
So, today a player asked for an ability to put someone to sleep with a gas cloud. I think it'll be expensive, but meh, let's try coming up with something interesting without caring about budget today because it's not going to work... I think?

The Components

We need to do fatigue damage in a lingering cloud that has a side effect of the sleeping condition when enough FP damage have been done. The cloud should be a decent size, and it should be persistent, maybe a minute long, anyone there takes an FP of damage a second. Let's see what that looks like.

Good Night, Guys

Learned Prerequisite: Divine Favor 5
Learned Prayer Cost: 4 points
You make an 8 yard radius cloud at the target which lasts for 100 seconds, anyone in the cloud that inhales takes 1 FP (sleep deprivation) damage per second. If someone takes more than 1/2 their FP, they succumb to sleep. This is a respiratory agent, the only way not to be affected is to not breathe it in.
Statistics: Innate Attack 1 (Fatigue) (Area Effect, 8 Yards, +150%; Divine, -10%; Extended Duration, 100x, +40%; Missed Sleep, +50%; Persistent, +40%; Respiratory Agent, +50%; Symptom, Sleeping, 1/2 HP, +300%) [18]

Other Thoughts

Divine Favor prefers that prayers that do unexplainable things should cost enough to require at least a good reaction, so here is a stronger version that meets those requirements. It does 1d fatigue damage a second that one breathes inside the cloud.

Seriously, Go to Bed.

Learned Prerequisite: Divine Favor 11
Learned Prayer Cost: 15 points

Statistics: Innate Attack 1d (Fatigue) (Area Effect, 8 Yards, +150%; Divine, -10%; Extended Duration, 100x, +40%; Missed Sleep, +50%; Persistent, +40%; Respiratory Agent, +50%; Symptom, Sleeping, 1/2 HP, +300%) [72]

Also, I used the price of literally 2.5 points for the calculation in the first step. if you are a stickler, the calculation should have probably been based on enhancing a 3 point ability, and cost 22 points, or 5 points as a learned prayer, and require Divine Favor 6. I don't mind that I saved my player a few points.
