Other Thoughts
Wing Mouth is deceptively powerful, but its effects are masked in CER because of the very long onset (12 hours). Similarly, the giant wasp with venom type H has a long onset with cyclic damage that hides it's true potential. The regular whale is a pacifist, so it isn't usually a threat, but you can go ahead and refluff it, or have it mad for a contrived reason?
