Powers - (Inspired by) Oddish

This guy is so annoying.
Oddish, a grass pokemon special snowflake who grows from moonlight instead of sunlight. How precious. I hate him.

This makes you go faster in sunlight. At it's simplest, it is:
Basic Speed +1.00(Sunlight Only, -25%)[15]
With a potential maximum equal to the normal base speed of this pokemon.

Run Away

The ability allows a surefire escape from wild pokemon. In GURPS terms this could be enhanced move that only triggers in emergencies.
Enhanced Move 1 (Emergencies only, -30%)[14]

Absorb steals health from an opponent. This is similar to Leech Life, but weaker.
Leech 4(Accelerated Healing, +25%; Cosmic, no grapple required, +50%; Feature, Level to dice adds, +0%; Requires Skill Roll, Brawling, -5%)[63]
This ability requires a  brawling roll to hit (feel free to change it to boxing or karate, in which case the ability costs [62] instead) and a success does 1d damage to the opponent, which is then restored to the user.

Sweet Scent

This lowers a target's evasion by one stage. In Pokemon, that's not amazing, in GURPS, that's deadly.
Assuming that we can call this a negated advantage of "Nega-DB" this is a -27 point disadvantage after attaching the magical modifier.

Sweet Scent

Keywords: Area (Fixed), Leveled

Full Cost: 74.2 points for level 1. 2.7 points/additional levels.
Casting Roll: None, roll innate attack to aim.
Range: 4 yard radius around the caster
Duration: Affliction lasts for three minutes.
The "caster" lulls targets into a false sense of security by exuding a calming scent. If an opponent fails the contest of wills, all of their parries, blocks, and dodges are penalized by 1 for 3 minutes. This is cumulative.
Statistics: Affliction 1 (Will; Area Effect(4 yards), +100%; Cumulative, +400%; Disadvantage, Nega-DB, +27%; Emanation, -20%; Fixed Duration, 3 minutes, +0%; Malediction 2, +150%; No Signature, +20%; Sense-Based, Smell, -20%; Sorcery, -15%) [75]
Notes: additional levels increase the defense penalties by 1 per casting.

Mega Drain

Disappointingly, this is simply drain, except raised to 2d, or level 7, for [74] points.

Giga Drain

Yup... well, this is a whopping 4d or level 14, for [109] points.

In pokemon, this attack continuously doubles poison damage over several rounds, making it brutal. I've simplified it a touch for GURPS sensibilities. This inflicts a target with Vulnerability (Toxic, x2; Magical, -10%)[-27]

Keywords: Leveled

Full Cost: 28.2 points/level. 13.5 points/additional level
Casting Roll: None, roll innate attack to aim.
Range: 100 yards
Duration: 3 minutes
The "caster" makes the target more susceptible to poison. If the target fails a will contest, they have toxic vulnerability.
Statistics: Affliction 1 (Will; Disadvantage, Magic Toxic Vulnerability, +27%; Fixed Duration, 3 minutes, +0%; Malediction 2, +150%; No Signature, +20%; Sorcery, -15%) [29]
Notes: Additional levels add a bigger multiplier to the vulnerability. Level 2 give x3, and the maximum level 3 gives x4.

Natural Gift

This is an ability that changes depending on the berry a pokemon holds. Try this post about the Candy wildcard power, but change the word "candy" to "berry."

Grassy Terrain

This ability blesses the fields and incidentally, gives a lot of pokemon special boons. Start with Consecrate Ground from Divine Favor, add 2 points to it for not needing to traverse the perimeter, and change the Divine power modifier to Sorcery for a total of [52]. Now, adding to the blessing we add this:
Affliction 1(Will, Advantage, Fast Magical Regeneration, +450%; Aura,+80%; Fixed Duration, 1 second, +0%; Magical, -10%; Malediction, +100%; Reduced Duration, 1 Second, -40%)[68]
This is cast on the ground as part of Consecrate Ground. Anyone touching the ground recovers 1 HP a minute while the ground is purified. This ability costs 120 points in total.

Petal Dance

An extremely powerful attack that lasts for a while, and leaves the user confused as a backlash. Or Dazed, let's say.

Petal Dance

Keywords: Obvious

Full Cost: 91 points.
Casting Roll: None, use Dancing to aim.
Range: 8 yard radius around caster
Duration: 10 seconds
The "caster" creates a storm of petals which stays around for several turns doing damage only to enemies. The caster is dazed after the intense dance. Any enemies in the storm take 6d cutting damage per turn.
Statistics: Cutting Attack 6d (Aftermath, Daze, -25%; Area Effect, 8 Yards, +150%; Drifting, +20%; Emanation,  -20%; Persistent, +40%; Requires Concentrate, -15%; Selective Area, -20%; Sorcery, -15%) [10]
Notes: If you want a leveled version, each level costs 15.05 points, and does 1d cutting damage.

Other Thoughts and Conclusion

Thank goodness I finished Clefairy a while ago, because this guy had a big annoying overlap with clefairy, and it was all the worst moves! I think I'm getting close to having the majority of critical plant and poison attacks done now, so they might be getting easier and easier too. Oh well, pressed for time today, so I need it.
