Powers: (Inspired by) Slowpoke

Oblivious

This makes someone immune to attraction based moves. This is simply:
Indomitable(Sex Appeal Only, -40%)[9]

Own Tempo

This prevents confusion, which might mean different things in GURPS depending on how you translate confusion. This could be:
Immune to Mental and Regular Stun(Common)[15]
Other effects that might match could be Combat Reflexes (which seems a bit at odds with the dopey character) or High Pain Threshold (which gels nicely with the flavor text that says they are slow to register pain.)

Regenerator

The character heals itself when being removed from a combat situation. This might be represented as:
Regeneration (Fast; Extended Duration, 10x, +40%; Maximum Duration, 10 Minutes, -50%; Trigger, The end of a combat, -30%)[30]
This will heal 1 HP/minute for 10 minutes after a battle.

Curse

This ability is technically two abilities depending on whether the user is a "ghost" or not. This time, the user isn't a ghost, so let's do the mundane variation, which is a buff that gives the following meta-trait:
Striking ST 2[10] + Damage Resistance 2[10]
This 20 point trait is limited with a -10% power modifier and a -5% temporary disadvantage of Move-1, for a total of 17 points, or a +170% modifier for a buff affliction.

Curse


Keywords: Leveled, Buff
Full Cost: 29 points for level 1, 17 points/level thereafter.
Casting Roll: none, use innate attack.
Range: 100 yards
Duration: 3 minutes
The "caster" curses the target, giving them 2 Striking ST and 2 Damage Resistance, but lowering basic move by 1.
Statistics: Affliction 1(Increased 1/2D, +15%; Advantage, "Curse", +170%; Fixed Duration, 3 minutes, +0%; No Signature, +20%; Sorcery, -15%)[29]
Notes: Each level increases Striking ST and Damage Resistance by an additional 2. Three levels seems like an appropriate maximum.

Yawn

This puts an opponent to sleep... a turn later. The big thing is that it is nearly unavoidable. A constant time delay is a feature, so the big thing is the efficacy then... which is a measure of level in GURPS. Basically, this is a vanilla sleeping ability, look at hypnosis and add a 1 second delay for free.

Slack Off

This ability recovers HP by doing nothing, and only works on oneself. It might look like:
Regeneration (Very Fast; Requires Concentrate, -15%; Trigger, Pressing dangerous Situation, -30%)[55]
If  there is something that needs to be done right now, this ability becomes possible. This usually means inside of combat, but also any other situation that is close to an emergency.

Heal Pulse

This is a vanilla application of the Healing advantage. You can use minor healing from Sorcery as a stencil.

Other Thoughts and Conclusion

That was a lot of unique abilities for the first time in a while, and both Psychic and Water elements have been touched on a lot already. I think the big elements I haven't hit hard yet are Dark, Steel, Dragon, and Ice, so I anticipate those will have the most unique abilities whenever I reach them.
