Powers: (Inspired by) Poliwag

Those lips.
A water pokemon, probably the first one that's kinda easy to catch if I remember correctly, if you ignore Magikarp, of course.

Water Absorb

This absorbs HP if struck with a water attack. This is simply water only DR with absorption.
Damage Resistance 10 (Absorption, Healing Only, +80%; Water Only, -40%)[70]

Hypnosis

Puts an opponent to sleep. The most straightforward possible affliction in the book.

Hypnosis

Keywords: LeveledObvious
Full Cost: 36.5 points/level.
Casting Roll: none, use innate attack.
Range: 100 yards
Duration: 3 minutes
The "caster" uses hypnotic suggestion to put a foe to sleep. Roll a contest of wills, failure means the target falls asleep. Additional levels penalize the targets will for the contest.
Statistics: Affliction (Will; Incapacitation, Sleep, +150%; Malediction 2, +150%; Sensory, Auditory, -20% Sorcery, -15%) [37]

Rain Dance

Causes it to rain in the immediate area, this has a bunch of passive benefits for pokemon that depend on storms or rain.

Rain Dance

Keywords: LeveledObvious
Full Cost: 142.5 points for level 1. 6.75 points/level thereafter.
Casting Roll: none, use innate attack.
Range: 100 yards
Duration: Indefinite
The "caster" causes a rainstorm in a 10 yard radius around a target at which she aims. Extra levels add additional yards of area.
Statistics: Control Precipitation 10 (Accessibility, Only to start rainstorms, ‑30%; Ranged, +40%; Sorcery, ‑15%) [143].
Notes: Additional levels add: Control Precipitation 1 (Accessibility, Only to start rainstorms, ‑30%; Only increases Area of Effect, -50%;  Ranged, +40%; Sorcery, ‑15%)[7]

Bubble Beam

A stronger version of Bubble. Increase maximum damage to 3d+1, and maybe also add extra range.

Mud Shot

This is Bubble, but with a max damage of 3d-1, and "Earth" instead of "Water" as a special effect.

Belly Drum

A power that increases attack strength by damaging oneself... This is Striking ST that costs HP.
Striking ST 10 (Costs 5 HP, -50%)[25]

Other Thoughts and Conclusion

What a short post. I guess Poliwags don't have much in the way of unusual abilities... well, they do, but I already crossed those bridges a long time ago, so the synergy is starting to pile up, and make these entries progressively easier.
